Function
- Generator Back up is available only for Property & Not for Function Decoration.
- Event Management & Decoration is not in our scope.
- Venue Place will be available for decoration on function date only.
- External Event Management Agency is allowed.
- Normal Plastic Chairs & Tables will get available for function as per final guest count.
- 5 Mineral water bottles each of 200 ml per person are considered.

- Food Rates are as per our Menu.
- Same rates will not be applicable for Lunch and Dinner.
- Same rates will not be applicable for Breakfast and evening snacks.

- Standard Check In – 11.30 am | Standard Check Out – 10.00 am (Next Day)
- Smoking & Eating is not allowed inside the Rooms of Villa, if found will be charged fine of Rs. 5,000/-.
- Guests must submit ID Proof while Check In as per Guidelines of ‘Pune Rural Police’. As Per Rules by ‘Pune Rural Police’.
- Speakers & Loud Noise is strictly not allowed after 10 pm.
- Kids below 12 Years are not permitted to swim without Parents’s Monitoring.
- For Safety Purpose, Campfire is allowed in Outdoor Yards Only. CCTV Cameras installed in Outdoor Area.
- Narcotic Drugs, Cocaine, Ganja, etc is Strictly Prohibited in Entire Premises.
- Check In & Check Out Times should be followed strictly.
- Booking Amount & Payment is Not Refundable in any case, it will be adjusted in new booking.
- You are Requested to Talk Politely with Property Manager.
